It will probably come as no surprise that Steve Irwin, hero of Animal Planet and lover of deadly wildlife the world over, is much the same on the big screen as he is on the small one: expressive, loud, goofy, funny and quite possibly insane. Anyone who enjoys his manic explorations of poisonous and lethal creatures on TV won't have too many objections to this extremely silly but mildly enjoyable film.

"The Crocodile Hunter: Collision Course" wisely allows Irwin to do what he does best: jabber excitedly at a camera while brandishing way too close to his face a variety of dangerous creatures. Kids will love the antics; adults may find themselves inadvertently plastered …
