Jun. 30--Already the new H-E-B grocery store going up in Bellmead is having a ripple effect.
H-E-B is building a larger store at Interstate 35 and Bellmead Drive to replace the store there now. H-E-B hopes to open it around Thanksgiving, sources say.
Meanwhile, the nearby Eastgate shopping center is getting attention.
A new AutoZone car parts store is being built in the parking lot of Eastgate. It will open in September and will be larger than the AutoZone there now.
