Jun. 30--Starting on Monday, Brown County farmers will find out how many acres of Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) land they can access for haying and grazing cattle.
Congressman John Thune met with 50 farmers at Dan Cutler's ranch in northwest Brown County on Saturday afternoon. He answered questions and addressed concerns about opening the CRP land, which is part of what he calls his "Drought Action Plan."...
