Rather than focus on individual tasks that restaurants perform, the company took the enterprise approach and came up with one solution.

Its software is designed for companies that operate multiple restaurants.

The beauty of this approach, says Reagan Davis, Siva's vice president of sales, is that the computer expertise is needed and utilized at the corporate -- not at the restaurant -- level, where it would be harder to come by.
