Jun. 2--GM PRICES 2003 VANS: General Motors' 2003 full-size vans go on sale in August and start at $22,550 for a half-ton cargo model with a 4.3-liter V-6 engine and rear-wheel-drive.

GM's full-size vans come as the Chevrolet Express and GMC Savana, and both sell at identical prices.

Both have new front styling like that of GM's full-size pickups and three new V-8 engines that range from 4.8 to 6 liters.

All-wheel-drive is a new option, and AWD models start at $26,440 with the standard 5.3-liter V-8. The prices do not include the $715 destination charge.

Among new options for cargo models, swing-out left-side cargo doors cost $595 and side access panels that open by remote control …
