MIAMI _ Now that Ken Caminiti and Jose Canseco have spoken up about alleged widespread steroid use in baseball, maybe the powers that be will listen to Rick Helling.
Helling, a pitcher with the Arizona Diamondbacks, is a player representative and a member of the union's negotiating committee. In the past, he has brought up the issue of steroid use and the possibility of testing players, but it has just been talk.
