May 5--BOTTLEWORKS CITED FOR EXCELLENCE: The Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation recently recognized The Bottleworks on Prince Avenue, a development project which adapted the former Coca-Cola Bottling Company complex in Athens for livable, pedestrian-oriented, mixed-used community.
The Bottleworks, developed by Smith Wilson of S&W Development and Pam NeSmith, was awarded "Excellence in Rehabilitation" by the Georgia Trust.
