For most women, estrogen can work to relieve hot flashes. But for those who are breast cancer survivors, estrogen isn't the answer, as it can stimulate breast cancer growth. A new study led by Dr. Charles Loprinzi of the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn., suggests that vitamin E may help reduce hot flashes.
