Summertime means that local farmers' markets are open to sell the freshest, in-season fruits and vegetables. Here are some of June's best offerings.
* Watermelon: Everyone's favorite summer melon is low in calories (about 90 calories in a two cup serving), and is a good source of vitamins A and C. Watermelon is best eaten all by itself, or made into an icy drink.
