My mother has been pestering me to get my nose done. She always tells me how pretty I am, but that I could be a knock-out if I got a little nip, like she did at my age. (I'm 18.)

I am not sure what her fascination with my looks is, and frankly, I don't really care. How can I keep her off my back?
