JUDSONIA, AR--Arkansas has awarded a broad-scale energy-management contract to Dynamic Energy Concepts, Inc., a women-owned consulting firm based in Judsonia. State officials say the energy-management contract--the first of its kind to be implemented by a state--will propel Arkansas to the forefront in energy management information system design as well as supply and demand-side management, save money, and improve energy efficiency in state buildings.
