COMPTON, Calif. -- Three former employees of the Compton Community College District have won the right to pursue claims against the district for sex discrimination and harassment, constructive discharge and retaliation.
A three-judge panel of the California Court of Appeal unanimously reinstated their case, which seeks lost salary, damages and other compensation stemming from their spring 2000 resignations or retirements.
