blame it on rio; A small London firm brings new luxury to the beaches of Brazil.

The British firm of Cazenove + Loyd has recently assembled a group of glamorous villas available for rental, fully staffed, in two of Brazil's chicest beach areas-Angra dos Reis and Buzios. The former is an archipelago of 360-plus islands gracing a magnificent bay 125 miles southwest of Rio. Set on its own island, the spectacular Ilha do Ourico features a large thatched pavilion on stilts over the sea. The staff of five includes a boatman to take guests in the house speedboat to secret beaches as well as to Angra's floating bars and cafes. (Weekly rates are from $30,000 for
