Oct. 15--BANK OF AMERICA TO OUTSOURCE HR OPERATIONS: Bank of America said Friday it had tentatively agreed to a 10-year, $1 billion deal to outsource some human resources and finance operations to Exult Inc., an Internet-based provider of human resources.

Bank of America, which has a handful of Magic Valley branches, said the agreement will see Exult take over process management and transaction services for human resources and finance for the bank and its employees. B of A expects the deal to generate annual savings of 10 percent in these areas.
