Oct. 15--ARLINGTON, Texas--LOVE BOX CO., A WICHITA, Kan.-based manufacturer of corrugated boxes and a third-party contract warehouser, has leased a 179,750-square-foot warehouse facility at 600-A 109th St. in the GSW No. 1 business complex for distribution and storage space.
Love Box recently launched an expansion in the area that will result in it occupying up to 1 million total square feet in the Great Southwest Industrial District, the firm said.
In August, the company purchased its 220,542-square-foot office and distribution facility at 202 N. Great Southwest Parkway in Grand Prairie with a $4.1 million loan, a location it previously leased.
Love Box also operates out of leased space totaling 273,000 square feet on Avenue H and on 110th Street in Great Southwest.
Mark Skinner and Blake Anderson of Bradford Cos. handled negotiations for the GSW No. 1 building owner in the newest lease. Bob Scully of Trammell Crow represented Love Box.
