Jacksonville, Fla.-Based Stein Mart to Open Two Stores in Salt Lake City.

Oct. 31--LAYTON, Utah--Confidence in its retail mantra is spurring department store chain Stein Mart to open more than one location in a single market for the first time in company history.
The Jacksonville, Fla.-headquartered company is scheduled Nov. 17 to open a store adjacent to the Layton Hills Mall at 495 W. 1425 North, and a store in Salt Lake City. A store in Sandy opened Thursday. Stein Mart stores typically employ 60 full- and part-time employees.
