Nov. 14--AT&T PROMOTES MUNOZ-SCHNOPP: Sylvia Munoz-Schnopp of Port Hueneme has been named AT&T Wireless Services national director of Multi-Cultural Initiatives for Corporate Communications. In her new assignment, Munoz-Schnopp is responsible for developing and implementing public relations strategies and programs for AT&T's wireless unit across the country.

Before accepting this assignment, Munoz-Schnopp was director of Public Affairs and Communications for the state of Nevada and the South Coast Market areas of Ventura and Santa Barbara counties.

She began her AT&T career in 1993 in marketing for the South Coast Market, headquartered in Camarillo.
