Truck Drivers Win Ruling against Ohio's Dayton Daily News.

Nov. 21--DAYTON, Ohio--An administrative law judge for the National Labor Relations Board ruled Nov. 14 that the Dayton Daily News engaged in unfair labor practices and must reinstate truck drivers locked out after a one-day strike on June 26, 1999.

"Obviously we are very pleased by it," said John Doll, attorney for the International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 957, which represents the truck drivers. "It vindicates the position we've taken all along that the employer had a responsibility to take these people back to work."
