Dec. 17--Jon R. Snyder had 120 commercial real estate brokers over for breakfast this week.

His mission: Show off the burnished gold ziggurat/pyramid that not long ago was headquarters for The Money Store and now is available for lease.

The brokers, many of whom had never been inside, were suitably impressed by the $86 million building.

They saw the 250-seat theater, fitness center, sprawling restaurant/cafeteria and the spacious and comfortable work areas.

Then for the grand finale -- the eighth-floor "corporate area" with its awesome view of the river and downtown Sacramento.
