Nov. 23--PROMOTIONS & HIRES: James Linkletter has joined First Citizens Bank as a branch manager in Lewisville.

With more than 17 years of financial experience, Linkletter previously served as finance manager for several local automotive companies. He has attended various financial seminars and is a member of the American Society of Notaries, the American Legion and Rotary Club International. Linkletter served for 12 years with the National Guard and resides in Chester with his two children.
