Nov. 21--NEW AD AGENCY TARGETS LATINO CONSUMER MARKET: For years, marketers have pointed to the burgeoning Latino consumer population across California and the United States.

They cite eye-popping U.S. Census Bureau statistics: 32 million Latinos with an average household income of nearly $40,500, and a population predicted to grow by 100 million over the next 50 years.

In light of this trend, a new Sacramento-area advertising agency has formed to help companies and public agencies tap this growing consumer market.
