BRADENTON, Fla.--Apr. 2--Paragon Cable officially became Time Warner Communications on Monday, but customers shouldn't notice any immediate difference.
Although the cable provider's name changed, cable customers won't see any big changes in their cable bills, said Rose Carlson, vice presdient and general manager of Time Warner's Manatee County region.
That's because the Federal Communications Commission determines cable rates based on the cost of services provided by the cable company, according to a Time Warner spokesperson.
