Sep. 5--Like a little wild rice stuffing with your Thanksgiving turkey? Looking forward to some wild rice soup for supper as the evenings grow cooler?

Well, be prepared to spend a little more to satisfy your palate. The price of the rice is likely to rise.

At least that's what some wild rice distributors and processors are predicting, based on the harvest now under way throughout northern Minnesota.
