Oct. 14--Those who most need flu shots will get first access to the vaccine already in Sedgwick County under a plan being developed by area health officials.
No longer would falling into a certain age group -- being over 65 or under 2 -- guarantee a shot.
Details of the plan haven't been released, but they are expected to follow changes put into place Wednesday at the Wichita Clinic. Flu shots there are being limited to those in the highest of the high-risk groups, regardless of age:
