Apr. 25--ONTARIO, Calif.--An Oregon-based building materials distributor is moving its Chino operation to an expanded 157,318-square-foot facility in Ontario.

OrePac Building Products' new distribution center at 2401 Philadelphia St. is 33,000 square feet bigger and employs 120 workers. The company signed a 12-year lease, valued at more than $7 million.

"We've been looking to move for two years," said Brian Blomberg, the center's general manager. "This business has just outgrown our Chino facility. To gain more market share, we need to be a bigger building." OrePac distributes a variety of building products, including pre-hung …
