The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration's (SAMHSA's) Center for Mental Services (CMHS) and Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP) have released a report reviewing 54 scientific journal articles that document the effectiveness of preventive services that promote mental health and reduce substance abuse.
