Q: On a recent trip to New York City, I saw a trailer for the movie "Therese: The Story of Saint Therese of Lisieux" and was struck by it. From what I saw, I think it has the potential to be more popular than "The Passion." Can you tell me when this movie will come to the Akron, Ohio, area? _ Bill B., Medina, Ohio

A: There are a few things at play here. The movie will open first Oct. 1 in New York City. "Therese" was made by Luke Films, which is a small independent production company devoted to religious-themed entertainment. It is also the movie's lone distributor, a spokeswoman for the company said. That's usually bad news when it comes to smaller cities such as Akron and even Cleveland in this case. "Therese" ...
