"Woman, Thou Art Loosed" isn't just a title. It's a brand and a franchise for Bishop T.D. Jakes, the evangelist whose Potter's House megachurch of 28,000 members stands off Loop 12 in southwest Dallas.
What started as a seminar in the early `90s has spawned a hybrid novel/self-help book, videos, workbooks, CDs, a cookbook, a special edition of the Bible and a stage musical. Now the last has been adapted as a feature film, sans music.
