I know, there's only one issue that matters in this presidential contest, the war in Iraq. But just in case some voters are willing to look at a domestic issue offering a crystal clear difference between President George W. Bush and Sen. John Kerry, I recommend the crisis in health care.
The problem is the rising cost of health premiums and treatment for people who are covered through their jobs, which is most of us, and for small businesses wishing to cover their employees but can't afford to.
