Clearlake brings its music to America.

Jason Pegg has been on the road in America less than a week and has asked his bandmates more than once what day it is. It's not just jetlag _ his band's entire rise is a whirlwind.
Conceived only four years ago in the English town of Brighton, Clearlake is already among the toasts of Britain's indie rock scene. Now Clearlake is in America for the first time, sharing bills with the Decemberists and Stereolab to spark interest here in its second album, "Cedars."
