GENEVA _ General Motors Corp.'s Saturn brand will add a small sporty convertible to its lineup in 2006.
The two-seat roadster is the first step in moving Saturn beyond its image as a purveyor of reliable but unexciting vehicles.
The car will be a halo vehicle to create excitement around the entire Saturn line, GM Vice Chairman Robert Lutz said Monday, calling it "a game-changer for Saturn."
