EAST LANSING, Mich. _ There's a commonly held theory that can fool even those closest to Indiana University basketball.
It goes like this: The more points Bracey Wright scores, the less likely Indiana is to win.
The latest example to allegedly support this idea came when Wright scored 29 points, but the Hoosiers lost 84-72 to Michigan State on Saturday night at the Breslin Center.
"I think it's proven in the past, when Bracey has real big games and nobody else steps up, we generally lose," Indiana guard Marshall Strickland said. "But when we get our offense going, and everyone starts flowing, we're OK."
