May 16--Fort Lauderdale-based Holiday RV Superstores has sued its former chief executive, accusing him of sticking the company with expenses unrelated to the business -- from a $6.33 tab at an Olive Garden Restaurant to a $2,000 bill at an Orlando restaurant.
The lawsuit also alleges that Marcus A. Lemonis took a $41,000 bonus without authorization, bringing the total amount Holiday RV says it's owed to about $111,000.
Lemonis disputes the claims and adds that the company still owes him his bonus.
"I am saying, emphatically, I don't owe it," Lemonis said.
