May 15--Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Louis York listens to arguments on the city's transit fare hikes. The transit fare hikes are unfair -- and must be rolled back, a Manhattan judge ruled yesterday in a bombshell decision.

Supreme Court Justice Louis York gave the Metropolitan Transportation Authority two weeks to yank the increases that hit more than 7 million daily bus, subway and commuter rail riders this month.
