May 13--QUESTION: One of my co-workers spends all her time making personal calls and talking nonsense. She speaks loudly, so it affects my work. Management is ignoring this problem, which really upsets me.

I love my job, but it is unfair to see other people getting paid without accomplishing anything. I do not want to complain to management and look like the bad guy, and I am afraid to confront her myself because I know she can make my work life miserable. What should I do?
