May 13--After years of watching customer traffic decrease, one downtown business owner is snuffing out her shop.

Tobaccoland, located at 739 Broad Street, will close sometime before the end of June, owner Josephine Tilley said.

The cigarette, cigar and pipe shop has operated in the bottom floor of the Marion Building for 30 years.

"I was the only tobacco shop in Augusta at that time," said Ms. Tilley, who plans to continue running her other Tobaccoland location in the Augusta Mall.
