May 10--HAMILTON, Ohio--After of almost three years of planning, Butler County's business incubator is open and has wooed its first tenant, Premier Mechanical Services.
Premier Mechanical Services, a mechanical contractor for heating, air conditioning and backflow testing, is using the BizTech Center to start its business in Butler County.
