May 10--One of the biggest names in Colorado Springs commercial real estate is downsizing dramatically.
Palmer McAllister, whose prominence during the 1990s was built on the strength of its commercial brokerage operation, is dropping most of that part of its business and cutting ties with brokers.
The company will continue to exist but will focus on other areas, Palmer McAllister President Gary Hollenbeck said Friday.
