May 10--The first tenants in Goleta's new Willow Springs apartment complex are due to move in before the end of this month.

Courtney Seeple, project manager for the Towbes Group, said the 235 apartments just off Hollister Avenue will be leased and occupied as they become available between now and August.

Towbes Group is the developer and owner of this project which covers about 18 acres with an additional five acres set aside as enhanced wetlands and to protect a Chumash archaeological reserve.
