May 10--As first-time homebuyers, Ted Huss and Amanda Snow were a little nervous to jump into something so big. All they needed was a little something to seal the deal.
Thanks to the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Rural Development Program, they got just what they wanted.
Huss and Snow were approved for a guaranteed loan and have now moved into a new home. The couple was the first of what Rural Development hopes will be many people to take advantage of such a loan in the Hub City, which was approved for the program in March.
