May 9--Stephanie Power Center in Henderson has been sold to Harsch Investment Properties for $58 million, a broker for Marcus & Millichap said Thursday.

The record-breaking sales price breaks down to $142 a square foot with a market capitalization rate of 9.3 percent, said Chris Cunning, senior associate for Marcus & Millichap in Las Vegas office.

Cunning and his partner, Perry White, represented the seller, Dunn Properties Corp. of Henderson. The brokers are members of Marcus & Millichap's national retail group, a division of the company focused exclusively on retail investment …
