Apr. 6--Appointed Vision Bank, FSB, President J. Walters Ginn has announced the appointment of two key officers: Chelly Picone and Anita Mayer.
Picone has been appointed human resources director at Vision. She also has been elected secretary to the board of directors at Vision. Picone has more than 16 years of experience in banking, all in human resources.
She attended Gulf Coast Community College.
