Mar. 20--Kansas City wheat futures prices closed up fractionally Wednesday, while Chicago wheat futures prices closed lower.
Chicago corn futures prices finished higher, and soybeans were mixed. Kansas City Value Line stock index futures closed higher.
Wheat futures were pressured after late-winter storms delivered moisture to parts of the winter wheat belt. Kansas, the leading wheat-producing state, reportedly received good moisture coverage. Parts of the state's crop regions have been dry.
