ATLANTA, GA--A guideline that describes how to reliably measure energy savings resulting from building energy management projects has been published by the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).
ASHRAE Guideline 14-2002, Measurement of Energy and Demand Savings, meets the need for a standardized set of energy and demand savings calculation procedures, according to committee chair George Reeves.
