The University of Miami baseball team gets whacked with NCAA probation, Georgia's basketball team is accused of breaking the rules and Washington football Coach Rick Neuheisel admits to being a liar. I hate to say I told you so, but NFL scouts at the scouting combine last week confirmed what I've been saying for two years: Ken Dorsey is not even an average quarterback. . . . Emmitt Smith to the Bucs? Don't laugh. Jon Gruden already has resurrected the career of the greatest receiver ever (Jerry Rice). Why not one of the greatest running backs, too? . . .
