ATLANTIC CITY _ It is licensed in parts of just four states, with one more on the way. A senator once led the fight to ban it in some states and drop it from cable television. Its idea of progress is to omit eye-gouging, head-butting and biting, knees to the groin, and direct shots to the throat.
