Mar. 20--David H. Blake will be leaving as dean of the Graduate School of Management at the University of California, Irvine, ending a campaign by some faculty members to remove him.
Blake, 61, advised the faculty Monday that his contract had not been renewed.
He blamed the decision on people who disliked his growth and development program for the school.
Finance professor Neal Stoughton, one of 10 faculty members who led the effort to oust Blake, said they had a variety of concerns ranging from a drop in the school's enrollment -- from 164 in 1999 …
