You know you should exercise--and you really do want to get fit--but with your busy schedule and, let's face it, the fact that you hate to exercise, it slips through the cracks and becomes yet another resolution for next year. But what if someone made it really easy for you--wherever you are? Your time has come. Here are a few exercises you can do on the run, at your desk, in the kitchen or even in the car.

Workplace Workouts

* Sit `n' crunch

Sit with your back straight. Rotate your hips back, curling your stomach in. Then rotate your hips forward using your abdominal muscles. Repeat 8 to 12 times.

* Handling pressure

Put one hand in front of you with the palm up. Put your other hand on the wrist of your outstretched arm. Press down with the top hand while raising your bottom hand toward the ceiling. Repeat 8 to 12 times. Switch arms and repeat

* Curlicues
