Mar. 5--A multibillion-dollar global investment firm recently bought nearly 600,000 square feet of office and industrial space on the east side of downtown Boulder.
Manama, Bahrain-based Investcorp, a 20-year-old company with offices in New York and London, purchased six properties, five of which are clustered near each other. Terms of the deals, including their values, weren't disclosed.
