BBA-ROCKER-SPORTSPLUS:DA_This is how John Rocker arrived as the newest and most intriguing member of the Rangers' bullpen. The Rangers are desperate to improve the worst pitching staff in the major leagues. Desperate teams take risks. Rocker, on his third club in less than a year, qualifies as just that. Though Rocker has saved 85 games in the last three years, the Rangers were able to obtain him from Cleveland for a going-nowhere minor leaguer.
